“Overall, the experience was good and the staff was friendly. Our rooms were clean, there was plenty of parking, the pool was fine (very small and towels were limited) and breakfast was decent, but the food options were depleting as the weekend went on. Also, the only handicap parking I noticed in the back didn't have a way for a wheelchair to go into the building, the concrete was uneven by inches.”

The gentleman at the front desk lacked professionalism as the front desk person is an ambassador of the establishment..personally, if you're unhappy with your management or corporate heads, I believe you should deal with them, not your customers...however, he was helpful with the sign on for wifi Unfortunately, this location is in need of some tlc...the ice machine wasn't working and it appeared it hadn't for sometime...bathroom door...

“I often travel with sport teams and stay at the hotel throughout the country. This was the most poorly managed hotel. The breakfast was advertised as 7-9 am. However at 8:40 the breakfast food was out without being replaced. When asked to replace the food, the hotel staff said that the breakfast is closed and no more food is coming. My team was told two days in row to vacate the lobby and stop socializing. The first night it was at 10 pm, the second night we were told the quiet time starts at 9...

“The hotel was a bit hard to find as there is poor signage and no lights on the sign. It is off on some small driveway set back from the road. The driveway is poorly maintained and very narrow and uneven. The room was good size and most of the furniture and rugs were in great shape. The sink was just inside the entry door which is inconvenient. The bathroom is in serious need of repairs and updates. I doubt I would stay there again”

“Arrived with the family over Memorial Day weekend. The staff that greeted us was very friendly and checked us in promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, along with the bed and pillows (down). There were plenty of towels and the housekeeping dropped by to deliver supplies on our second day. The pool was small and cold for the amount of people there but considering how many families were staying there that weekend, I really didn't hear our neighbors and the rooms were well insulated. ...

“Check in was perfect! Breakfast is great, except at 7:30 in the morning, there was no coffee. Told the lady at front desk, she said “yeah, I know” but didn’t move. Rooms are great”

“It’s hard to judge the property as simply good or bad. Here is what I wish there had been more transparency about. This is a very old, industrial feel building. Our room was cold, you don’t have a traditional heater or thermostat, it’s radiant heat and turning the knob did not help. Had to get a space heater from housekeeping to warm the room up as it was 49 degrees outside. The windows are super thin and drafty. There are hardly any electrical outlets. There are no outlets in the bathroom at...
