Hotel vicino a Oliver Village Hall - Superior

“We decided to stay here for a couple nights for the Duluth Airshow as it was nearby. It was wonderful. Staff was attentive and respectful. The room was clean and ac was working well. The beds were comfy and two types of pillows were offered (firm and soft). The only con is that the walls were a bit thin and could easily here people above us stomping around. “Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. “I always enjoy staying here. It’s friendly, down to earth , budget priced, and yet had all the amenities of a big corporate chain. Excellent restaurant, Duluth Grill, my favorite, is right next door. The hotel is well situated in the heart of Duluth, but not downtown, making access and parking a breeze. My only negative this time was that cigarette smoke kept coming into my non smoking room. It got so bad I had to stuff towels under the doorway. Not sure where the smoke was coming from but...

The room was smaller than I thought it would be; it would be helpful to include dimensions in the description, especially for small rooms that don't feel like you're staying in a mansion.
