“Check in was perfect! Breakfast is great, except at 7:30 in the morning, there was no coffee. Told the lady at front desk, she said “yeah, I know” but didn’t move. Rooms are great”

“I did not expect a lot for $150 total including tax, but was pleasantly surprised. Sure it is an old building but the updates are very modern, the room was clean and the bed was super comfy and cozy. The sitting area by the desk and the breakfast area were welcoming and nicely decorated. We stayed 2 nights and it was very relaxing. “Decent hotel and a decent price good breakfast”

“This hotel is in a great location. The staff was super helpful and went above and beyond when we needed to change our room. The breakfast was just okay. However, the walls are extremely thin in this hotel. You can hear people above you and people in the hallway. We are light sleepers so this really affected our stay in a negative way.”

“Stayed here many times before then they got ridiculous with room costs. Was happy when I noticed they became reasonable so took advantage of it. Many don’t travel to Duluth because it’s become too expensive and often drive to Minneapolis instead.”

“Nice huge Studio room, kitchenette and bathroom. In room entertainment laughable for 2020s. Inain cable channels with 90% commercials was it. TV Wifi so poor it wouldn’t even play YouTube at lowest quality settings!? If you want to watch anything take a laptop and HDMI cable… Clearly a known issue, as staff member knew before we finished explaining.”
