“The room was tiny, bed & 2 seat couch were uncomfortable, no bedside table. Way over priced for what you get. It was clean, very old but clean and housekeeping ladies were lovely. Total disappointment in the room. ”

“Room was absolutely filthy with cobwebs, dust, bugs and spiders. The room has not been cleaned around edges, near furniture or cornices for a very long time. There is mould and mildew in shower that should have been wiped off. Cleaners need to be replaced. Floors were unvaccummed and tiles stained and not cleaned.”

“Amanda went beyond for me and my son l forgot to tell you that l needed the sofa bed made up so Amanda came to the room and made it for us also l wanted some ice to have a drink after we came back from tea and she went and got me some. Was very happy with her service at the hotel.”
