“The house is beautiful and the neighborhood was very quiet. Great for going for a walk. The location was great. Easy access to Tahoe City for grocery shopping and dinning. Truckee is about 20 minutes away.The kitchen was well equipped with lots if seating in the dinning area. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and the linins were nice. There are big TVs in the living room and two bedrooms. Host was very responsive with some questions. I would stay again! ”

“This was first time in the area, We had most wonderful stay at hodge podge lodge. The house was beautiful and sparking clean, well organized and have everything what we needed for stay. It located in nice neighborhood near soda spring ski resort. The house was warm and cozy , heater was good , wood stove was nice touch with plenty of firewood supplies. The bedroom was spacious and beds were comfortable. It was big plus to have easy in and out drive way to the house. We definitely recommend...

“Our family had a wonderful first trip to truckee/Lake Tahoe. Cabin had everything we needed and it was in a perfect location;close to downtown truckee & Donner state park & easy trip to Tahoe. The cabin had a bunch of games, books and a great backyard with spa,bbq and gas fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows with the kids. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would 100% recommend this cabin and our family would love to stay here again. ”

My fiancé and I booked this home for our destination wedding at Chimney Beach just North of Incline Village. Wish we could have stayed longer. “This property was exceptional. Clean, cozy and very well decorated for the cabin feel. The hilight of the propert is the back yard and deck. Our dogs loved sitting out in the sun while scheming how they might catch one of the many squirrels. If you're headed to Truckee or Tahoe this is a great place to stay.”
