“The building looked good our room was clean had all the necessities was happy with the room”

“Staff was great. The rest below standard .Turned off AC because it was cold and in the morning the floor looked like it rained on all night. Very wet and slippery. Breakfast was some boxed juice and muffins, that is it. Wifi had a limit on devices and once a couple of devices are in, nothing else is allowed. So disappointing and unnecessary this day and age. TV has standard channels. Awful quality. Stopped to watch world cup games and was so frustrating. Will not repeat this hotel or any days...

“Parking and. Breakfast were fine but shower and cleanliness were terrible. Staff at front desk new and untrained. Water pressure at shower was low. Difficulty washing soap off of body. Shower head had terrible mold and lime build up. . Drain for shower as clogged and bathtub fills up during shower. Front desk person not knowledgeable of room locations. Very unhappy. Thought Hampton had universal reputation of excellence but no more. Will never stay here again. Doubt I can ever stay at...

“This property is awesome! The front desk greeted us as soon as we arrived and was very friendly, not to mention accommodating! The hotel is extremely well kept and clean! The breakfast was good and offered a variety of items. We will definitely be back!”

“Very clean and staff was phenomenal!!! When we got there, there was a mashed potato bar. Breakfast was great! We stayed in another Hampton Inn the night before (different city) and this one was much better.”

“Clean room… family friendly studios. Bath soaps weren’t previously topped off so didn’t have any body wash. Had booked a room with a tub but got a shower instead. Breakfast was nothing to brag about but was warm and yummy.”

My dogs were barking in the car. I took some things to the room. Indian Nick looked in my car. He stopped me and wanted me to pay an additional pet fee. It was 11 pm and I had been driving All day.
