The second photo especially made it appear as though there was a grassy area where dogs could safely roam, and the wording in the description strongly implied the same. “Great customer service! We were placed in a room originally that ended up being next to a guest with a dog barking nonstop. We called and asked if there was any way they could try to contact the guest & they offered to move us if they couldn’t get in contact with him. We eventually moved rooms but the room we moved to had blood stained sheets and the toilet did not flush properly from the jump. There was also a smoke alarm that had been removed and replaced but the wire connectors were still...

“Room and bathroom were clean, bed was not that comfortable. It was too firm for my liking. Door key cards were a pain, I had issues every time I tried to use and had to have reset twice during a two night stay. Breakfast was what you would expect. Parking was easy.”

“This is has been our go to hotel for the past 4 years due to visiting our college students. No complaints and we brought my mom and she too was pleasantly surprised for the affordability and location. We will be there again in August to help move in another. Thank you for a pleasant experience every time.”

“Very difficult to find hotel checkin, not marked well at all. Shouldn't have to pay $20/night separately to park on top of $400/night for a room....just add it in! The property is brand new and beautiful, and staff were very nice. Area with shops and restaurants is great and all decorated with seating, games, etc is nice. Other than finding where to go and parking it was a great stay.”
