“India was so nice when we were checking in at 11pm. The place is super clean, which is the most important aspect to me, and the room was bigger than expected. The hotel is near everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again! ”

“Our room was only 1/4 of the way clean. The beds were freshly made (we hope!). The floor had NOT been vaccumend. There was even pepperoni on the floor! The entire carpet had clearly not been vaccumend, there was still trash in the trash cans. The bathroom had not been swept or mopped. I hope the shower had been cleaned.. not sure. There was no shampoo, it had been broken off of he wall. The body wash was also off of the wall, but it was on the floor. I can only assume the previous guests took...

I called the day of check-in to see what the latest we could check-in. He could not answer my question. We got to the hotel. The same person was at the front desk and tried to explain the issue with the A/C. It did not work. We still couldn't figure it out when we got to the room. The hallway had a bad odor. “Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

“Room was extremely dirty and the couch had so many stains and smelled horribly.. was no other rooms to transfer too. ”

“The AC worked well, but noisy, and the TV was decent. A large room for the money, but the shower was gross, and the kitchen had roaches. The most disturbing part was their key card system. It required a new card with each entry because the door itself seemed to damage the strip. A two day stay went through six cards.”

“This hotel has obvious long-term guests who are camping in the rooms with their doors open. The hotel management thought it would be a great idea to let us stay in a room directly next to one of those guest rooms which had at least 4 people inside being loud while drinking alcohol mid-day. They even attempted to open the door between ours rooms through the connection - after visibly seeing us outside and knowing it was occupied. We left to book another hotel before it got dark since we expect it...
