“The property was clean and the management company was great to work with. The people that live upstairs were very loud. They did respect quiet time 7am-10pm but hours outside of that were not peaceful. ”

“There was no hot water. We came down to Eugene for a concert and our plan was to get ready at the home before the show. To our dismay, we found out there was no hot water and were forced to use a teakettle for warm water. We were in a rush to get to the show so we didn’t get a chance to reach out to the host immediately but did contact them later. I never heard back about our concerns. We spent nearly $400 for a one night stay And we’re very disappointed at the overall appearance of the home...

“Light and bright contemporary unit, in leafy, peaceful neighborhood. It was a great convenience to have a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for Uber eats grocery and takeout delivery.”

“Great proximity to all the best spots in wine country! The place was comfortable, clean and convenient. Our only two downsides were that the sprinklers always seemed to be going off whenever we were outside on the patio and the gun club that is nearby starts shooting at 8am and that noise is constant. Otherwise a great homebase spot for doing tastings.”

“It talks about a private entrance but it isn't because there are multiple rooms in the basement of this property that get rented out. I had hoped to have a private getaway and instead i was greated with a shared entrance and steep shared parking on gravel. Also, when you walk into get into the door there isn't an indicator as to which key box your code is for. The "doors" to each room/space is just a sliding glass door. Extremely revealing as we could see into both our rooms and others...
