“Very clean, comfortable, excellent service, convenience, price, everything. After staying in so so or down right crappy hotels, this was a breathe of fresh air. Parking lot was small but the front desk agent was very accommodating in helping us fit in a spot. ”

“Staff were amazing. I was locked out of my room multiple times due to some issue with the doors. Very frustrating - especially after a long day and you want to sleep—because that’s what you pad for. Staff were very helpful but the situation was cumbersome, none-the-less”

“The Orem-Vineyard LivAway Suites was a clean, and restful break. It was so quiet, and this was on a first floor room, which I normally decline. I was amazed! The room was spacious with lots of storage, and very clean. The bed was a little firm for my preference. I love that pets are allowed and the fees are very fair. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. If you bring your car, the parking is plentiful and easy. The hotel is close to plenty of dining options and I took my pup to two...

“Property is super dated and pretty rough. Carpet is stained beyond black on the stairs, shower had multiple leaks, tub was in disrepair. This place was probably nice 50 yrs ago, but is past due for a refurb. Bed was clean. Staff was amazing. Classic case of you get what you pay for.”

“This is the place to stay near BYU in Provo. It is clean, modern and efficient. Breakfast is fantastic, and it's within easy drive or long walk to campus. Highly recommend!”

“Great hotel stay at the Hyatt House Provo. Room was very spacious, the staff were all helpful and the breakfast was very good.”

“The room needed some maint. Toilet rocked on floor, shower sprayed on the floor, paint had chips init, needed refeshing fridge made a loud humming.”

“The hotel needs to add different varities of fruits to there breakfast menu. It would be nice to add potatoes to go wiyh eggs and sausages.”

“Make sure you understand this is for the bedroom only. Those pics of a living room and kitchen? Those aren’t for you. You’re not allowed in there. Bedroom only. And they won’t tell you that until right before check in. So they can get your cancellation fee when you have to find different accommodations last minute. Do not recommend.”
