“Wir haben diese Unterkunft gebucht und vorab bezahlt. Das gebuchte Haus haben wir aber nie betreten können, da der Gastgeber es ganz offensichtlich an andere Personen, mit denen wir auch gesprochen haben (eine Familie aus Holland) vermietet hat. Wir erhielten eine Notunterkunft mitten in Venedig, die für 8 Personen aber gar keine tragbare Option war. “We booked this in an emergency as it was close to the airport when our flight was cancelled relatively late at night. The hotel was nothing like the photos, there was construction work going on, the decor was appalling, the rooms weren't clean, the taps were insecure, and the whole place smelt of cigarettes. There is no shopping on site, there is no bar, there is no restaurant. There is an adjoining bar area that does serve coffee and pastries in the morning and beer and sad sandwiches in...
