This bedroom is located on the ground floor at the back of the house, perfect for those with mobility issues who prefer to avoid stairs. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious family meals. We have a blender, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker and various utensils. In addition, you will have a stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave at your disposal. In the center of the kitchen, an island for quick meals and a bar with modern and comfortable chairs. Many cabinets ensure all the practicality you deserve.
**Convenient laundry**
For your convenience, we offer a washer and dryer, located on the second floor of the house. This allows you to keep your clothes clean and fresh throughout your stay.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room offers incredible views of the outdoor area. With high-quality sofas and a large Smart TV, it is the ideal space to relax and enjoy family time.
**Elegant dining room**
The dining room has a table with seating for 8 people, providing a pleasant environment for group meals.

Enjoy our large swimming pool with Jacuzzi equipped with sun loungers, as well as furniture (table and chairs) for al fresco dining. A set of sofas in the outdoor area creates an even more inviting environment for leisure moments. But don't forget that this resort has a water park that you can enjoy free of charge.
**Ease of access and security**
On the day of check-in, at 7am, you will receive all instructions via chat. Our check-in system is completely electronic; simply enter the password on the door keypad, without the need to pick up the keys. For your security, there is a key safe next to the door in case the electronic password fails.
**Ample parking**
Parking is available in front of and next to the house, with plenty of marked spaces. Please note that we are not responsible for fines resulting from parking in inappropriate places.
**Waste management**
We ask that you place your bagged trash in the large DUMPSTER located in front of the house. The resort staff collects trash daily. Unpackaged trash will not be collected and may result in fines.
**Safety Guaranteed**
For your peace of mind, our home is equipped with a security camera at the entrance. There are no hidden or internal cameras, ensuring complete privacy.
**Important Details**
All rooms have central air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. We provide 16 sets of bath towels and 6 pool towels. If you notice a towel missing upon check-in, please contact us. Towels are provided by an industrial laundry and must be accounted for at the end of your stay.
**Extra Services/Extra Cost**
We offer some extra services for your convenience:
- **Pool heating** (minimum 2 nights). Must be requested in advance.
- **Early check-in and late check-out** (subject to availability).
**Courtesy Provided**
Our house is a self-service space. We offer some free supplies until you can get to the grocery store. We do not provide seasonings or food to avoid contamination.
