“Veri nice and large flat Just 5 minutes away from Kyoto station. You May find here anything you need for a confortable stay. ”

“The room was nice and clean. There were dishes, cups and glassware in the kitchenette and that was useful, but no other amenities in the bathroom other than the shampoo/conditioner & bodywash. The bed and couch were hard. It is in a great location and the staff was very kind and helpful.”

The ninja room was fun to look around, although nothing to actually play with, so a standard family room would probably have been just as good and possibly better value. Excellent size though, very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Would definitely go back.”

“Great value for money. 3 rooms on 2nd floor and 1st floor is common area with toliet, shower, kitchen, refrigerator. Traditional Japanese style room. Room is simple with matress, small ground table, A/C. Not much soundproof. No elevator & need to use stiff stairs. Host seems living in 1st floor. Use key to open/close room. Place is located on the side of small car road, not inside. Search '清舎' on google map.”

“Todo bastante bien ya que las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. Quizá olía algo a tabaco pero cuando pasaban 5 minutos te acostumbrabas. No te cambian las toallas y alguna vez cuando bajaba a pedirlas no había nadie en recepción. Eso fue lo único que no me gustó tanto En general muy bien, alguna mejora haría pero es un buen precio para el hotel que es con sus cosas buenas y malas.”
