“We stayed for 2 nights and were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The staff asked if we needed any amenities during check-in since they do not leave them out in the lobby. There is wall with photos of the staff and their biography so you can learn about their interests. Also, if you fill out a survey you receive a token for a gashapon machine at the front desk.
