“Clean room, parking was good but calling at 11:01 saying check out is at 11 is crazy. Not even an 5 star hotel will do that. Understand check out is at 11 but when kids are involved it’s a little hard with timing. Mind you we left at 11:05. Other than making sure you leave at 11am sharp place wasn’t too bad especially by the hospital which we needed. ”

“I want to start by saying these stars are truly for the staff. If it weren’t for them during such a difficult time, I would honestly give this place zero stars. The staff was amazing—kind, patient, and very helpful when I needed it most. That being said, the condition of the hotel is very disappointing. For a location so close to the hospital, I expected much better. The door locks didn’t feel secure, the rooms looked like they were falling apart, and there were people hanging around outside in...

“They cancelled my booking without a phone call or anything. So at 8:30 pm I had to go find another hotel. The only thing they offered me was they would call another of their hotels in the area to see if they had a room available. I am still waiting to hear back from Expedia to get my money back. Guess we’ll see how that goes. ”

“Very nice front desk people and easy check in. They both were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and I felt very safe there with all of the outside lighting. I brought my dog with me and thankfully there was a pet area very close to my room. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you both for being very kind. ”

“Our stay was decent for the money spent. My husband, our baby, and I stayed a week in San Antonio for our son's 1st b-day. When we first checked in, it took us 3 rooms to find one that was decent. The first one's toilet didn’t work even when checking the water valve to ensure it was open. The second one, toilet was still not acting right. The third one was finally decent enough minus a couple of roaches that popped up throughout our stay. The hotel was not as we had expected from the pictures...
