“Great stay at Omni, would definitely stay again!”

“Breakfast staff was excellent and very accommodating. They were pleasant despite working under stressful conditions. Reception staff was also excellent at registration and check out. First rate. The only complaint was that there was no room cleaning even though we were only there for two nights. At least empty garbage and make beds! Otherwise, pleasant stay.”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“Some of the lights in my room didn't work and there was a rather rowdy group of kids/teens causing a lot of noise near my room after midnight. A lot of channels on the TV didn't work either. My friend and I got in late from working, there was no one at the front desk and there were two guys in the lobby she said that followed us towards our room so we locked the door just in case. Other than that, our stay was fine”

“Still waiting for my $50 incidental deposit to be refunded and the valet parking overcharged me for an overnight is 38 and some change when I looked at my bank account they had charged me $75 and some change for just one overnight stay. ”

“Linden Row Inn is a historic place to stay within walking distance of many good restaurants, including Perly's--a wonderful Jewish Deli that serves delicious breakfasts and lunches. The room I stayed in was large and comfortable, with a separate sitting area. We had an issue with the bed, which the team immediately worked on, after we told them about it. “Diamond and Andy were so welcoming at front desk. They explained many things to us and apologized for the problems we had with valet. We were going to complain about the valet and the prices but they explained it is a better deal than going across the hotel to public parking. The room was great. “We liked everything about The Boulevard Inn. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cary Town as well as several outstanding museums in the area. The Inn is located in the neighborhood of many beautiful older homes which we found to be very interesting as we explored this part of historic Richmond. “Very clean and comfy, though hot breakfast was a little cold”

“My husband and I came to this hotel after leaving another due to the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of another. It was a breath of fresh air. The elevator even smelled better. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Cute little Bluey stickers or the toilet paper and tissues (we don't even have kids and we thought it was cute). The shower was huge and really nice. Definitely wish we would've stayed here both of our nights in VA.”
