“Very unique property. It's a big onsite property like a campus - and they have carved out a hotel area. Very new, well kept buildings and grounds. The location is actually on a long hiking trail with beautiful views. The room wasn't huge but very clean and beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Staff was very helpful. It's a great alternative to the chain hotels in Elmsford - a whole different vibe. Has the Hudson Valley character. ”

Staff and management are very nice and helpful. Got a coffee and muffin every morning, there was also a Minute Maid juice dispenser orange/apple which I was surprised to see. It’s a great place to say if you want a good affordable place to stay. Only 40 mins to NYC by drive.”

“I was a little bit skeptical at first because of all the bad reviews the hotel got in the past but I have to say it was clean. It was quiet. The staff were very pleasant and besides not having a pool I would go there again when I want to be in Zen mode and just do me and relax cuz it's definitely a good environment for that. I give him five stars”

L’hotel è stupendo ed è dotato di ogni confort, tra cui lavanderia, palestra e sala caffè.
La vista dal terrazzo della nostra camera era incantevole, a destra avevamo il radio city e a sinistra la cattedrale di St Patrick.
La zona è servitissima, elegante e sicura a tutte le ore.
La camera veniva pulita tutti i giorni assieme al cambio delle asciugamani.
Il personale sempre cortese, gentile, sorridente e disponibile.
Una vacanza indimenticabile anche grazie a questo hotel che, come dice il suo nome, è davvero un vero gioiello.
Se torneremo a New York ritorneremo sicuramente in questo hotel. "

"Eravamo in tre (2 adulti + 1 quindicenne) nella camera che avrebbe dovuto avere una porta tra camera da letto e soggiorno, motivo per cui ho scelto questo albergo, così com'era fotografata. Sono andata subito in reception per comunicarlo e mi è stato detto che non era colpa loro e che nell'albergo non esisteva nessuna camera da letto con porta divisoria - il receptionist ha dato la colpa a Hotels.com, dicendo che fosse pubblicità ingannevole. Il divano letto dove ha dormito mia figlia aveva lo schienale sporchissimo ed era scomodissimo. Ho dovuto mettere asciugamani e lenzuola per coprirlo, perché non è stato mai pulito.
