The walls, door facing, floors had not been cleaned. The carpet was filthy. The tub and shower walls were filthy. The staff was apologetic; but after scrubbing the tub and toilet to make a four-night stay bearable, I didn’t want the housekeeper in the room to do anything. “The staff was really nice and very helpful. Eventhough i was staying in a ''non smoke room'' the entire 3rd floor smelled and sometimes i could smell it in my room too, it was very unpleasant. The room only had 2 towels and there was 3 of us so i had to ask for an extra one, toilet paper as well. I also had to ask front desk for our room to be cleaned as we were already 3 days in and they hadn't come up to give us new trash bags or toilet paper. Breakfast was very basic but i enjoyed it, altough...
