“ we’re and Casey were so friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a funeral and they made everything go seamless. Whatever we needed they got for us. Check in was a breeze and there were no problems. If the food was getting low Casey was there to fill it up again. If we ever go back to Kansas we will definitely stay there again. ”

“Clean and cozy”

“Room was great. Staff could not keep breakfast items stocked to accommodate everyone. check in staff needs more training.”

“It was clean enough, but just old. The bathroom needed an upgrade as it was really showing wear.”

“This is a hotel that has been bought out by a chain. The building and rooms are really not great quality, stains on the carpet but you see some updates throughout. We would not stay here again and would have moved to a different hotel if it hadn’t been desperate late at night stop”

“The bathroom was dirty. Someone checked in to the room above us and were running back and forth around 11pm. This went on for around an hour and then they were back up around 530 am and woke us up.”

“Close to the highway so a bit of noise from that. The room was clean and roomy. The internet was good. The breakfast was just okay.”

“The property was older and showed its age but everything was clean and that’s a big deal. Coffee available 24 hours. A decent breakfast and the site was close to myriads of restaurants and all type of shopping.”

“Pool was out of order during the entire stay. The in-room iron did not work and needed to request a replacement twice. Hotel’s texting feature yelled no response and concierge staff response was inconsistent. ”

“This is an absolute Great as well as a Very Impeccably clean establishment. The food was home cooked all from scratch. This was hands down one of the best stays I have ever had. PS if you’re a bird lover of migratory birds and or hunter. You have to stay here. You will be very impressed. J. Savage”

“While this is an older motor lodge, they have updated the rooms including better bathrooms and beds. Everything was very clean. TV was strictly streaming which created a few issues. Grounds were a little rough but that didn't really impact anything. Staff was friendly, and available. Breakfast was just ok but better than some I've seen. I would recommend staying here if you're needing a stop in Russell.”

“The room was clean but we didn’t find the bed very comfortable. The small refrigerator seemed to be running all night and made more noise than I would have liked. Breakfast was decent, we were the only ones there for most of the time.”

“The room was nice and clean. The toilet needs to be fixed as it needs bolts tighten so it doesn't rock when you use it. Breakfast was good.”
