“Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura come base di appoggio per visitare le Thousand Islands. L'hotel è collegato alla Queens university ed è sede di congressi, dotato di camere pulite e spaziose nonchè di parcheggio gratuito. Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile.Nelle immediate vicinanze non c'è nulla ma spostandosi con l'auto a 5 minuti ci sono ristoranti e locali vari. ”

“I made a reservation well in advance. When we arrived to check in, the room I booked was not available due to a maintenance issue. I was not advised of this ahead of time. My booking price was reduced by the amount difference of the room only. I was very disappointed, and I was not compensated for my inconvieniece.”

“It served our purpose for an overnight stay. however there was a large hockey team/families in the hotel too who played/created noise until 3am which was very disruptive. we wont stay again without confirming if the same thing is booked. ”

“The staff was amazing and the room was gorgeous…very clean. Breakfast was delicious. The mattress was awful. Both hubby and I woke up with very sore backs. The noise from the highway traffic was a little bothersome, but not horrible. ”

“Our room was clean and good for 1 night stay. The lobby was not clean and the breakfast was actually bad unless you stuck to toast and yogurt. The restaurant for dinner was good. There seemed to be a lot of people loitering in the lobby at every time of day which was unusual. ”

“Siamo tornati in questo hotel visto che era in strada per andare a Toronto, c'eravamo già stati all'andata verso Quebec City. La struttura è carina, in un quartiere tranquillissimo e silenzioso. All'arrivo la camera assegnata aveva un cattivo odore pertanto lo abbiamo segnalato subito e ci hanno immediatamente dato una nuova stanza scusandosi cento volte per l'accaduto.
