“Siamo tornati in questo hotel visto che era in strada per andare a Toronto, c'eravamo già stati all'andata verso Quebec City. La struttura è carina, in un quartiere tranquillissimo e silenzioso. All'arrivo la camera assegnata aveva un cattivo odore pertanto lo abbiamo segnalato subito e ci hanno immediatamente dato una nuova stanza scusandosi cento volte per l'accaduto. “Staff were pleasant and friendly, the room was average, the bed was itchy, the shower was tired, the breakfast items were terrible (scrambled eggs had a dry crusty top but watery on the bottom of the serving dish, the hashbrowns were hard, crunchy, the ham seemed to be slices from a grocery store package, a mixture of slimy and dry) Fitness room had items under repair. Will cross this one off my list for future business stays.”
