“King koil bed was a dream to sleep on very Luxe, Bathroom had a very high standard of finish ad the rainfall shower was divine Cleaners do a fantastic job to maintain rooms at a high standard. The hotel was centrally located for my needs and was very,very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend for sure.”

“This property was so old, the shower had a big crack in the base, it smelt, the bed was terrible , it had lots of permanent people living there, there was hardly any parking, i would not recommend this propery to anybody”

“Please clean rooms thoroughly before staying. Also the place needs a deep clean, and new lick of paint. The beds are alright but need to present better with headboards. There was thick dust in all the vents, and ontop of dryers and washing machine. I'm glad I brought my own kettle to say the least! The concierge guy was great! And he was really kind and helpful”

“I’m not really sure what to say or where to start. I almost decided to sleep in my car. The people were friendly and sociable (aside from the host taking my phone off airplane mode when I asked for the wifi password; $20, kaching, for roaming!) but the home… hygiene was an issue from the kitchen to bathroom (bring your own toilet paper), the bedsheet was laid down, not big enough to be tucked, mosquitoes in the room all night, even a closed (?) door could not keep out the pot smell from the...

“The property has a lots of positives but if you've got mobility issues it's probably not the best choice. They're unable to guarantee a parking spot so its a gamble about whether you can get one or not. Lucky enough to secure one of the few disabled spots but the closest lift had 4 stairs up and 4 down to the lift. Luckily my Mum has a walker and not wheelchair as not sure how would've managed otherwise. But overall the signage was poor and no real direction from staff. Would look for other...

“Onsite parking for a fee but secure. Staff were lovely. The room however was dirty. Hair in the shower drain and needed a good clean. Not impressed. In the kitchen if you have the kettle on and plug in laptop (which is what we did) it trips the fuse and you have no power. Not good. Luckily we were only there for one night. The coffee machine in reception is good however again, not cleaned properly. ”
