“Honestly, the standard of cleanliness & service matched that of a 5* hotel. The staff were really welcoming & friendly so check in/out was seamless. “Convenient location for a shopping trip to Chadstone. Great hotel. Only thing I didn’t like was the design of the bathroom. Theres no bench at all to put toiletry bags on or to do your makeup, theres just 2 sinks that look like they are plastic kegs with taps attached”
