“We just booked a weekend stay with our 3 grandkids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. The breakfast was fine. I am disappointed that the pool was closed for painting the weekend we booked. No one told us!! We had 3 grandchildren with us and that is why we booked the BW, was the pictures of the nice pool. Would have been nice to have been told so could have had an option to look elsewhere. The room temp was set at 73. Not pleasant with 3 hot kids and no pool. We left...

“The hotel smelled inside. The front desk staff was never at the front desk. The rooms were musty and in disrepair. The air coming out of the ac smelled. The doors were all scratched up on the inside. The shower smelled moldy. The carpets were filthy.”

“No coffee in the room. The coffee at breakfast was instant and bad. I left and bought coffee somewhere else. The mattress was uncomfortable.”

“Staff is friendly and the rooms were very clean. The property is really run down. It seems they are working on it though. I could hear guests running around in rooms all night. It seems the walls are very thin. Also, there internet blocks you from going to certain websites. I'm not sure on safety There were run down cars in the parking lot and some of the guests appeared shady. The entire hotel is non-smoking but when I arrived one of the guests was smoking what smelled like marijuana in one...

“This cabin was 100% the cleanest and nicest I’ve ever stayed in. Adorable, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. ”

“Stay was okay. Building was clean and everything worked well. Location was much further from red river gorge than expected, about 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes one way to a trail. Bed was very hard. Hot tub was nice. Overall, decent if you dont mind the sleeping conditions and the drive but for us it wasnt worth the cost ”
