Appartamenti a Paese della Capitale

“This property is a great choice for a short stay in the area. The accomodation was very comfortable, clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable, the shower hot, and the heating options meant we could escape the outside chill. The host had provided a range of breakfast options, and toiletries were also provided. All we needed were our toothbrushes and toothpaste! We would definitely stay again.”

“Cute little coffee/post office at the top of the street. Was lovely and close to our wedding venue we were attending ”

“Large one bedroom apartment a short drive to town. I was impressed that the sofa bed was made up for the third person without me having to request this.”

“The Loft area worked very well for us. Two travellers and a dog. The space was very clean, the beds very comfortable, the bathroom had a great shower with lots of hot water and my granddaughter enjoyed the seperate bath each of our 4 nights. It rained our entire time and I have to sincerely thank our host, Lyndall, who put fresh large towels across our entrance each day knowing that 2 people with wet shoes and a dog with 4 wet paws needed to get in and dry off. A very nice breakfast was...

“We stayed for 10 days as a family of four, and were disappointed by the lack of care and follow-through. Only four towels were provided for the entire stay — no spares, no mid-stay replacement, not even basic instructions for requesting more. For a 10-day booking, that’s simply not acceptable. The listing advertised a high chair, which was one of the reasons we chose this property. However, the policies contradicted that and no child amenities were actually provided. If you’re travelling with...

“The address is 8-10 but there is no 8. The instructions about a button to press to get in are out of date. The reality is that the gates are open all the time and the studio is on the right. A kindly chap was putting out the bins when we arrived and he directed us. Otherwise we would have had difficulty, especially at night. It is a quiet neighbourhood. Lots of sniffing for dogs to enjoy. Bring a torch. Very dark at night. Your dog must be on lead at all times while outside.”

“Close to restaurants good for kids”

“Location.”

“The appartment was perfectly located for our weekend away, comfortable, stylish and great customer service. We thank you so much Jamie for your service. A second key option would make it easier for guests to see the area and pop back to the appartments. The area is so beautiful and we will certainly be returning again to explore more.”

“Clean and tidy place to stay with a convenient location in the heart of Milton”

“Excellent accommodation and friendly host”

“Great views and location (access to the lake for walks, Belconnen markets and University of Canberra). The unit was roomy and warm. Unfortunately there was not enough crockery for guests staying for a longer period as we did, and the crockery, cutlery and cookware were pretty poor standard. Checking in and out was a bit of a process but we had very clear instructions. Great to have access to a car park. Would have been handy to have 2 keys to the property for 2 guests.”

“Apartment war sehr verschmutzt und abgewirtschaftet. Es könnte eine Grundsanierung und Grundreinigung gebrauchen. Parkplatz war schwierig zu finden.”
