“Staff”

“My 1st visit the room was spotless but 2nd visit it smelled so bad was hard to stay and the carpet stained. I give 5 stars as the staff are friendly, accomodating, helpful and amazing from reception to bar, to chef to waiting staff. I haven't met the cleaning staff but I have done this type of work in the past and always appreciative, that is why I strip beds, fold dirty towels and empty rubbish bins. I hope to be given the same respect and I'll visit again surely:)”

“Great clean quiet hotel in a good location in Queanbeyan. Main shopping strip with some cafes and restuarants is around 10 minutes easy walk from the hotel. Located close to the local Aldi, K-mart, Woollies and Coles. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly. Room was clean and well appointed. I stayed on the top floor and was pleased to find a small lift available which made it much easier to take my bags up to the room and back down at check-in and check-out. My one small gripe is...

“Brilliant place to stay with a young family. Nothing is too difficult for the staff. We had a bit of an issue with our first cabin with water seeping through the grout in the tiles in the kitchen, the team insisted we move and upgraded us to one of the new cabins as well as helping us move.
