“Had a really lovely stay! Staff were very friendly and the amenities were awesome. Exceeded my expectations and if visiting Canberra in the future, we will come again!”

“Soundproofing between rooms was poor. Air Conditioner in the next room made so much noise it was difficult to sleep. I had to turn the fridge off each night because it was so noisy. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was like a hurricane. The room was clean, but the place is like a maze making it very difficult to find your room.”

“Bathrooms had mould spores in shower and on ceilings dirt inbetween couch seats carpet not flat in bedroom cans and rubbish around the lake”

“Tidy, comfortable and clean one bedroom, separate toilet-bathroom. Quite a comfortable room and quiet, as well. We all had a great sleep, after a six hour drive from Melbourne. Goulburn, is a great place to stop overnight before heading to Sydney. ”

“The room certainly seemed neglected, curtain hanging off, bed the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced, window in bathroom with rotted frame and unable to be closed. Would never recommend to anyone.”

“We were in room 3 and it felt like the whole room was shaking and thumping to the beat of the DJ’s extremely loud music. The supplied earplugs were very much needed but then I could still feel the whole bed thumping and venting beating to the music. I feel asleep ok thanks to the earplugs but if you can’t wear earplugs I would avoid this hotel. ”

“Simple and did the job for us in terms of a short stay We arrived late and left early and the communication from the reception was good Room was large and clean with fresh towels and toiletries *1 minor issue the bed lamp wasn’t working the On/Off switch had been broken ”

“We received a friendly welcome & the location was excellent for the purpose of our visit. There are food outlets, supermarkets & shops within a 10 minute walk. The rooms are in need of renovating but were clean.”
