Case in affitto a Paese della Capitale

“The location is really nice, great view and being on a farm. I normally don’t leave bad reviews, especially when the host has been friendly. To be honest, the stay wasn’t great mainly due to cleanliness and basic setup. It feels like the cleaning and preparation aren’t properly checked. Not sure if this is run by a third party, but if so, the cleaner didn’t do the job properly. When we arrived, 1. most bathroom items like hand wash and body wash were empty with only a bit of shampoo left, 2....

“Everything! Amazing place!”

“Great host!”

“There was no reception and no wifi available despite what the listing says. We had to book another place as I needed to check into work. Owner was very dismissive of the problem Also he sent us the wrong pin so sent us on a 30 minute round trip. Spider webs and hair were in the shower/bedroom and there’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Couldn’t open the window as so many spiders just outside the window ”

“Clean and tidy. Lots of considerations of misc items (condiments, hair straightener etc) - Would recommend! ”

“It was so nice to have such an open area to relax in . I loved the kitchen as it was well equipped.I will be rebooking this beautiful place. ”

“An excellent little tiny home on a farm. From the house you cannot see any other people or buildings, but you can hear the noise from the highway (which wasn't bad, just unexpected). The owner was lovely and very responsive, the tiny home was warm and minimalist, and the property was very peaceful. My only suggestion is that they do a good clean as although it was tidy, the crockery and utensils were greasy, and the frypan and saucepan had remnants so had to be washed before use. Just a note...

“What a shame !!!! The unit was actually very nice, and close to everything. The problem was how unmaintained it was. The floor was not vacuumed, and there were food scraps everywhere. The bathrooms had less than half a roll of toilet paper with no spare rolls. The kitchen had no sponge to be able to wash up. The main shower was not draining the water properly, and water would spill out. We called to tell them the problems and were told to plunge the shower ourselves (with no plunger available),...

“This is a beautiful property. Having multiple lounge areas was great as even with 7 of us it was easy to find a quiet space. The bathrooms were really clean and modern and the underfloor heating in them was great. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the gardens were really beautiful.”

“The house was clean and well fitted out. Comfortable beds.”

“We had such a wonderful stay at the Retreat. It is a beautiful cottage with everything you need. Cosy and well appointed with gorgeous bedding and a kitchenette. The garden is full with f quaint touches and plenty of birdlife. Close to Bundanoon Pub where we met friends for lunch. Lovely hosts. Perfect weekend.”

“Beautiful and comfortable home - very spacious with a warm country feel to it.”

“Had a wonderful and relaxed time in this gorgeous spot. Friendly hosts and a great spot to spend time with my 2 dogs”
