Lodge a Paese della Capitale

“Right in town and incredibly comfortable and quiet. The room is big so it was great having the fireplace and later the reverse cycle, so a nice option in winter. Gunderoo is definitely small but it’s an excellent option if you want to stay out of Canberra for the night and the food options are great.”

“Great and very helpful with late arrival, kindly left the heating on. Good communication.”

“Pleasant staff, room clean and spacious, just a bit dated. Comfortable bed. ”

“Very basic accomodation. Photos show the property in a very very good light (maybe heavily filtered), we were disappointed at how old and “motel”-like it felt. Room also had a musky odour, could be due to its age or from a pet.”

Pleasantly surprised how comfortable the bed was. The shower was great and everything I needed was in the very dated cabin. Met my needs and I’m happy to have stayed as I felt safe and it was an extremely quiet caravan park.”

“We had a lovely stay at Dormie House from 6th - 10 July. We had a room that was clean yet really small to be honest . There was no where to hang clothes, apart from two pegs to hang our coats on. “We enjoyed our stay in this unique accommodation in the heart of Bowral. We were met by Colin who was friendly and showed us through the garden to the Yurt. It had everything we needed. The accommodation was clean, quiet, excellent kitchen facilities, beautiful garden to sit in and listen to the birds. There was plenty of on street parking outside of the property. We enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxing night. It was a short drive to the Main Street of Bowral and plenty of options for dining.”
