Cons: Bathtub was dirty, Shower was hard to turn on. Sink was clogged. Had uninvited guest crawling around on desk.
I did let management know, he apologized and said he would have it taken care of. Unfortunately, I did not book the room directly with the hotel so there was no refund they could give me as Expedia collected the payment for the stay.
