“I was double charged for my room. I paid in advance through Expedia and verified this prior to arrival. I did not manually check out then saw they charged me full price again after reviewing their invoice on email. I called and they acknowledged the mistake but could not do the credit right away. I have to wait for a separate credit email. They can sure put the charge through quickly but now I have to wait and watch for the credit. If people don’t pay attention it is easy to get taken advantage...
