“Convenient location with supermarket ”

“Our second stay at this property, we enjoy the large rooms for a family. Seems a bit more worn out since 3 years ago. Seeing the kangaroos on the golf course next door were a lovely bonus. ”

“A beautiful easy place to stay with plenty of room. We had a ‘2 bedroom’ which was a 1 bedroom and a hotel room with a main thoroughfare which was super spacious, the beds were super comfy. Breakfast is fantastic consistently topped up with cooked fresh items as it got low. We also got room service which was delicious. The location is a bit of a longer walk compared to others on Northbourne if you wanted to access the shopping centre but doable. Would stay here again and again. ”

“The room was ordinary. I felt stressed out in the room with weird room lighting. Though amenities in the toilet were ok. Furniture was outdated in the room along with antique TV. Not even feel like turn on even once. Only one lift which is old fashioned and narrow. Parking spots are too narrow although it is free. Breakfast menu is very limited and most of the Breakfast items were not refilled. Don’t recommend to pay for the breakfast. Also, I’ll not recommend for families or long stays. ”

“The hotel is in a convenient location, which makes it easy to get around and access nearby shop and restaurant. However, the overall experience is let down by the very old-fashioned fit-out. The bathroom in particular feels outdated, with a shower over the bath rather than a separate unit, which isn’t very practical. The vanity tap was also difficult to use, making it frustrating to properly open and close. As for the advertised garden view, it was quite disappointing—more like an empty patch of...

“Stayed here today and had a really lovely experience. The staff were friendly and the customer service was great. Free parking was a big plus, and everything you’d need was provided — even cutlery, which was a nice surprise. The hot shower was perfect, and there were extras like a TV, iron, and ironing board (didn’t use them, but good to have). Overall, a really comfortable stay — I’d definitely come back if I’m in Canberra again!”
