“スタッフはセキュリティとレストラン含めてとても親切でした。 廊下にお水やコーヒーがあるのもありがたかったです。 設備に関しては部屋の横で工事をしていてうるさい、エレベーターがない(荷物は手伝ってもらえますが) ペンキ塗りたてなのか匂う、トイレの芳香剤が臭い。 ホテルは清潔ですが フェスティバルに合わせて4倍の値段をつけるのはやりすぎかなと思いました”

“L'albergo si trova a ridosso della strada e pertanto è estremamente rumoroso. Durante il nostro soggiorno erano in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione dell'intero albergo. Pur di non chiudere per un breve periodo hanno raccolto tutti gli ospiti su tre piani mentre nei piani superiori e inferiori c'era un continuo frastuono per il rifacimento delle camere. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo e' insufficiente.”

“The room was not clean. The staff were really good and helpful. There were 2 windows 1 was frosted over the other was in the hallway, half frosted and you could see the towers, but you could see people passing by. ”

“Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was enjoyable. The only issue I noticed was that the floor in my room was not properly cleaned. Unfortunately, I realized this quite late during my stay. Apart from that, everything was good, and I appreciate the efforts of the hotel team. Thank you for the hospitality!”

“They sent me to a building which was under construction and a room where someone was clearly in it. I didn’t take the room cause it wasn’t safe and they still charged me. Hotels.com refuse to help. Don’t ever book this! ”

“The room is not the same as the picture it s really bad and they stole my money cause I did not stay there more than 1 day but I payed already and didn’t get refund and nothing. Worst hotel in India…and I see a lot of bad one in 5 years travelling. Just don’t go here if you want to enjoy Mumbai ”

“The property wasn't even close to what is shown in the picture. The room allocated was a super congested room seperated with some ply wood ”

“Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep... Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall. The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...
