After I insisted on a solution, we were eventually placed in a single-bed room that was entirely inadequate for four adults. Furthermore, our requests for extra bedding were ignored, leaving us with the most uncomfortable and disappointing stay we have ever experienced”

“I had an incredibly distressing and unsafe experience at this property. I arrived at midnight to find my assigned room door standing wide open. An unidentified man, claiming to be "maintenance," was exiting the room. Upon inspection, the door frame was severely splintered and the strike plate was missing, making it physically impossible to lock or secure the door properly. ​When I requested a move, the only available rooms were either located next to a loud, unresolved physical confrontation in...

“This room had all the essentials - a microwave, a mini fridge, free WiFi, free parking, a tv, and it was the cheapest rate I could find on short notice. It looks rough and could be cleaner, but I felt safe here and was able to relax for a few days, so overall I’m not complaining. It’s a great value for what is provided. Thank you to the staff 🙏”
