“Room looked good and was comfortable. Great, friendly staff and good cleaning in the room. The continental breakfast served to the room was perhaps not to the same "level" of quality as the rest of the hotel experience. There was some road noise at times, being on the front and potentially due to the single glazing. I'd suggest requesting a room on the back if you are a light sleeper. Overall an enjoyable stay”

“My husband and I stayed here the night before our cruise and again the night after, our room on both nights were quiet as they were on the 3rd and 4th floor. the bed was a king bed and very comfortable and even though there was a glass door to the bathroom it was still private. The check in staff were very helpful and pleasant. There is a starbucks in the hotel which is perfect for a nice tea or coffee and a snack. My husband and I went for a meal in there bar and grill which was lovely. There...

“We stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise. Everything about this hotel (location, food, room, area, staff) was great with one glaring exception (which we reported). The hostess in the 6th floor restaurant was rude on multiple occasions. She did not fit in with the rest of the lovely staff. We reported this (several people in our party noticed her attitude on multiple occasions) This aside, our stay was lovely and we recommend”

“Spent one night here after visiting the Southampton Boat Show, perfect location and a short walk to the show entrance as well as to the high street. The double room was immaculate and modern.
