Hotel vicino a Parco Carmansville Playground - New York

“Lontano dal centro ma con la metro vicina. Metro efficentissima quindi nessun problema. Struttura pulita e personale gentilissimo Colazione ottima. Dolce o salata. Chi pensa “nel Bronx chissà che paura!, sbaglia. Non ci siamo mai sentiti in pericolo”

“Prima le cose positive: la metro è a 2 minuti, linee 4 e 5, comodissime. La stazione è sporca, puzza, con i topi, ma è roba comune a NY. L'hotel è in una zona isolata e poco rassicurante ma l'accoglienza è buona e il personale abbastanza disponibile. Le stanze invece sono piccole, ma sfruttate al massimo della praticità. Niente armadio, comunque. Pulizia così così, il letto a castello di mio figlio non è mai stato rifatto in 5 giorni. Il nodo è la presenza a fianco del letto del lavandino ma...

“Hotel vicino alla fermata della metro che ti conduce direttamente a Manhattan, colazione con poca scelta, staff cordiale, stanza grande , la pulizia si potrebbe migliorare, bagno grande”

“Abbiamo prenotato una camera con due letti matrimoniale e ci siamo ritrovati con due queen un po’ scomodi per dormirci in due, colazione solo dolce e scarna, Internet lento quando prendeva. ”

“L'hotel è situato in una zona pessima, piena di sporcizia e personaggi loschi che popolano i marciapiedi. La struttura non si presenta come in foto. La stanza nello specifico si presenta con arredamenti vecchi ed usurati, pavimento appiccicoso, bagno osceno con la tavoletta consumata, muri con intonaco staccato e la tendina da doccia sporca. L'ambiente odora fortemente di prodotti igienizzanti. La notte non ci si può ritirare solo con un uber/taxi data la zona e quello che si risparmia...

“There was a mixup with the room due to a change made in amount of days and Expedia changed room to one double instead of two. We didn’t know that until we checked in and the check in person helped to make it right. He was very accommodating thankfully. The are was scary and I would not chose that area again. The first room was on main floor and was very loud all night with banging doors and yelling. Second night we were on 2nd floor and it was much better.”

“The hotel was not as shown in the pictures. The bedroom was completely dirty and smelly. The sheets were also dirty, with holes of cigarette burns. It felt completely unsafe, the room next to ours had the door broken because it had been forced, and the staff downstairs didn’t check any ID apart from the reservation one. There were people shouting the whole night in the corridors, and car races in the street, with everything being heard from the inside of the room. The zone is also scary and...

“The room was absolutely disgusting. There was hair and crumbs in the sheets. The floors were black and filled with dirt, and the shower had so much filth that it took me cleaning it 3 times with bleach to be okay enough to use. I requested the floor to be cleaned and they came in and swiped it with a visibly dirty mop. I wiped the floor with a towel afterwards and it was completely black. You’d think that if a guest was staying with a baby, that they’d ensure that it wasn’t disgusting. There...
