“The room was clean and spacious enough to move a stroller around. The staff at the Bar and the conceirge we extremely kind, and helpful and provided top tier reccomendations for local entertainment and food options. The pool was unfortunately still closed. Property was clean overall and easily found from the bus and subway stations, within walkable distance to the Apollo and lcoal shops.”

“We had a wonderful November week in NYC thanks also to this characteristic little brownstone apartment, located near the strategic 125th subway stop, so it was possible to get back and forth several times in a day. Cozy and comfortable for 2 people, overlooking the inner courtyard, very quiet and with small kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast and some hot food. Be sure to visit the neighborhood, with some nice walks to the North and West! ”

“L'appartamento molto carino, completo e pulito. A pochi metri dalla metropolitana 2/3 e a 10 minuti dalla C. Tutto ciò che serve è a pochi passi... supermercato, farmacia e vari locali per mangiare. Zona silenziosa e il palazzo molto tranquillo. Tutti i contatti con il proprietario sono stati veloci e perfetti... se potessi ci tornerei domani.”

“Very basic apartment. Just a dresser and chairs for your belongings, not even a hook or closet. No elevator. The street is very quiet, but as soon as you turn the corner, it's full of homeless people and drug addicts on the streets all day. It's not pleasant, I wouldn't recommend the area and I wouldn't stay there again. The owners were helpful. There were traps scattered around the kitchen, and on the third night, a mouse was eating our things. We left immediately. 195 for the final cleaning...
