“Prima le cose positive: la metro è a 2 minuti, linee 4 e 5, comodissime. La stazione è sporca, puzza, con i topi, ma è roba comune a NY. L'hotel è in una zona isolata e poco rassicurante ma l'accoglienza è buona e il personale abbastanza disponibile. Le stanze invece sono piccole, ma sfruttate al massimo della praticità. Niente armadio, comunque. Pulizia così così, il letto a castello di mio figlio non è mai stato rifatto in 5 giorni. Il nodo è la presenza a fianco del letto del lavandino ma...

“Hotel vicino alla fermata della metro che ti conduce direttamente a Manhattan, colazione con poca scelta, staff cordiale, stanza grande , la pulizia si potrebbe migliorare, bagno grande”

“Abbiamo prenotato una camera con due letti matrimoniale e ci siamo ritrovati con due queen un po’ scomodi per dormirci in due, colazione solo dolce e scarna, Internet lento quando prendeva. ”

“Everything was great, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly, smiling, and caring — I almost felt like I was at home. The location is excellent, in a really good area. The sleeping capsules were comfortable as well. The only small downside was that inside the capsule area near the doors, there was some trash left behind. Other than that, I can definitely recommend this place. Price, quality, and location — 10/10. Thank you for the hospitality!”

“La camera era orribile, ce l'hanno cambiata ed era leggermente meglio ma sempre sporca, i bagni improponibili, le finestre con un metro di polvere, e i letti impossibili per dormire corti piccoli con materasso che afgonda”

“There was a dime bag of drugs found in the bed of the room I was staying in. Clearly the room had not been cleaned since the previous occupant had stayed. There were burn marks in the duvet and no lock on the door. I did not stay the night as I did not feel safe within the hotel.”

“AWFUL. Pics out of date. Property NOT as described. Dirty and disheveled. Did not receive room I paid extra for. No water in. “Hot tub”. Hosts entered my locked room when I was gone and moved my belongings to a room without a lock. Then accused me of stealing their key when I left it in the lockbox I originally took it from upon arrival. ”
