“Hotel staff was friendly and room was nice!”

“The breakfast that was served was always well stocked and the hot food was replenished regularly. During my stay from April 4-9, the woman in charge of the breakfast area was extremely nice and personable.”

“This was not your typical Courtyard Marriott. First impression was the parking lot which was riddled with pot holes and the exterior needed a little upkeep. Check in was easy and receptionist was friendly. The worst part was when basketball team teens were running in the hallways at midnight NOONE was answering the phones at the front desk. Didn’t get much sleep and unfortunately there was no help.”

“This seems to be a hotel in transition and it has major problems. Regardless of the staff's efforts the hotel needs major capital repairs and updating.”

“The bath tub had mold. There was a bed not made ie someone was still there, as well as a mountain dew almost full. The kitchen sink was unusable, as it sprayed all over. I slept on the couch, not folded out. It had a oil stain on it. I covered it with a freshly washed comforter.”

“Buyer Beware! Our room was not ready at 4:20 pm so went to our event. Came back at 12:30. It was a handicap access room (not requested). Carpet was wet, stained, gum smashed in carpet. Toilet ran, had to take lid of to fix each time. TV and remote did not work. Mirrors not clean. Long black hairs all over bathroom floor. The only time someone was at the front desk was when we TRIED to check in - otherwise you had to ring a bell or call a number. Hallway was filthy- not vacuumed. Bathroom had...

“The parking was easy, and directions were good. I enjoyed this stay. The rooms were well restored, clean and comfortable. I would totally stay here again!”

“As soon as you walk in you're hit with an overwhelming bad smell. It was this way every time we walked into the hotel or hallways. It's just the smell of the place, but they should really work to remove it. The rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned well at all. The pool is very small. Staff was kind though.”

“My main issue was that only one of the three elevators was operational, which caused significant frustration and stress, especially when you're lacking sleep from traveling and your only desire is to reach your room and rest, but you're unable to do so because you have to wait for an opportunity to fit into the elevator as everyone is attempting to access their rooms.
