“Stairs were not swept...staff and breakfast were fine.”

“While the main part of room was adequate, the bathroom was small and the sink area to wash up, clean up was small and crowded. The hotel has little or no lounge room area if you’re wanting to sit outside of your room. The free breakfast is limited, but good. Overall, the price you pay for a room is what you would expect.”

“It was fine. The first room I was issued was dirty, hair all over the pillows and in the toilet, spots on the toilet seat, and I don't know what looked like mold or something growing in the corner of the bathroom, and the TV was even on when I went in leading me to believe it wasn't cleaned at all. I was issued a new room immediately with an apology. I was offered a free breakfast but I don't eat breakfast and said that would be pointless. The 2nd room was a bit better, but the bed was very...

“The room was real clean & comfortable. Note the room was warm & stuffy when you first walk in. It must have a smart thermostat. It cooled right away. I wished we had time to visit the hot tub. I try to pick a hotel with a hot tub. The breakfast had good variety of choices.”

“Great pillows! Usually your head sinks into hotel pillows. These had great support and I was able to sleep like a baby. Check-in was quick despite the line of people checking in who were also there for the AC/DC concert. Staff was ready for the rush. Good job!”

“The staff was very cordial and friendly. I loved that the room was spotless and neat! Breakfast was very good. I just wish they would keep up with the cleanliness of the pool and sauna better. Despite that, I would definitely return to stay there!”

“This was a quite clean and well maintained property and very comfortable for a stay on the outskirts of Madison. We were there for a nearby family visit, so we were not focused on being downtown, but it didn't take long to drive into town. The breakfast was a little bit above average for a corporate hotel and we really appreciated the acceptable coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Friendly and efficient check in , clean, quiet property. Heavy doors that made the closer safe and efficient. Room was immaculately clean. Food from the Bistro was tasty and comforting. My room was peacefully quiet.”

“Staff was super nice and room worked out great just for a one night stay. Everything was clean and as pictured. Was a little sad that there were not many gluten free breakfast options, but what they provided worked out! Fun coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance too which was a plus!”

“Clean is room. Hallways are clean and nice smell. Staffs are not too friendly in terms of greeting their guests. Easy to park but there are debris on the ground that can cause damage to tires. But overall it’s a nice place to stay.”
