Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Trip nach Paris
Gastgeber: super, Lage: super, mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz um die Ecke, Supermarkt in Laufnähe. Nur Details die man wieder aufbessern kann, bzw Kritikpunkt sind (wenig Handtücher, etwas mehr Sauberkeit in Küche).

Everything was perfect !
Die vorherigen Rezensionen sagen eigentlich schon alles: Ein mit Liebe eingerichtetes Häuslein, ruhig, über dem Marnetal. Perreux ist ein schönes Städtchen außerhalb Paris. Die Vermieter (Christelle) sind fantastisch, wenn wir nochmal nach Paris kommen, werden wir sicher hier wieder wohnen.

Perfect in every way!
We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay! The little house is quiet, comfortable, clean, and gorgeously decorated. Provided parking is very convenient, and the hosts couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. We found this location to be ideally located between Paris center and Disney - will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you for an exceptional experience!!

Glorieux, accueillant, parfait
Incroyable: que ce soit le logement, l'accueil, les conseils ou l'aide pour voyager, nous avons été agréablement surpris à tous points de vue. Le couple connaît son affaire: l'hospitalité est dans leur sang. Merci de nous avoir permis de visiter Paris pendant deux jours sans problème et en dégustant la ville lumière!

Very quiet stay near town and the river...
We had a very tranquil sejour that allowed us quiet time before returning to the States, nearby shops for fresh food for meals, nice restaurants and cafes, pleasant walks along the Marne, and a few trips into Paris via the RER (though that might be a long walk for some). Our hosts were very welcoming while discrete, and we would definitely consider them again when we return to France. Merci, Christelle et Thierry!

France living experience
This was my son and I first time in France and wanted the French living experience and couldn't have picked a cuter place to stay. It was simply perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. Just abit farther from Paris then we liked but otherwise everything was perfect.

Idylle nahe Paris
Welch ruhiger, idyllischer Ort mit viel Wärme, welche von den überaus freundlichen Vermietern ausgeht. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Schön eingerichtet, äußerst sauber und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Wir hoffen sehr eines Tages zurückkehren zu dürfen.

Our stop for 4 nights in Paris
Fantastic. Lovely communication from hosts (we had some car trouble and they helped us out fantastically). A great place for travelling into central paris from the local metro, but also offers a lovely quiet place to stay away from the centre. Great for travelling to disney too! Thanks to these lovely hosts for a great visit!

Urlaub im Vorort
Es waren tolle fünf Tage. Wir haben in und um Paris viel unternommen und konnten morgens und abends im kleinen Bambusgarten entspannen. Die Haltestelle der Zuglinie A ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Ruhig gelegenes Häuschen nahe Paris
Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohlgefühlt in dem kleinen Häuschen mit geräumigem renoviertem Badezimmer und einem schönen Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sowie einer kuscheligen Schlafcouch, einem Wohnbereich und einer Küche im Erdgeschoss. Der Gartenbereich mit Tisch, Stühlen und Sitzecke ist ebenfalls sehr einladend (Repellentien nicht vergessen, da Schnaken im Juni ziemlich aktiv abends). Sehr angenehm war die Tatsache, dass wir das Auto in einer Tiefgarage abstellen konnten, und dass wir mit der RER (Fußweg ca. 1 km vom Häuschen) in ca. 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Paris waren. Die Vermieter Christine und Thierry waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - es war alles perfekt.

Tolles Appartment, sehr nette Gastgeber
Toll eingerichtetes Appartment im Vorort von Paris. Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz in der Tiefgarage eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der Nähe, wo man sein Fahrzeug sicher abstellen kann. Bis zur RER-Station ist es ca. 1,5 km Fußweg. Von dort ist man innerhalb von ca. 25 min in der Innenstadt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben sogar am Ausreisetag unsrer Gepäck in der Wohnung und das Auto in der Garage bis zum Abend lassen dürfen, um Paris nochmals zu genießen. Zusammenfassend sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Appartment und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Perfekte Lage für Visit Paris
Sehr sympathische, hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Schöne, ruhige Lage. Nach einem ganztägigen Aufenthalt in Paris kann man sich hier sehr gut entspannen. Paris ist in ca. 40 Minuten entfernt. Die Verbindung mit Bus und Metro perfekt.

Paris/Disneyland-Kurzurlaub
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit nahegelegenem Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz inklusive. Sehr nette Vermieter, klasse Lage (direkt an der Marne) mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Ca. 500 Meter zur Bushaltestelle und Park&Ride an der RER A-Bahn. Sowohl Paris als auch Disneyland sind in gut 20 Minuten ohne Umstieg zu erreichen. Klasse Urlaub. Gerne wieder.

Blissful stay...
We have arrived at the property on Monday evening and Christelle and Thierry with little baby girl greeted us and helped us with our luggage. We were shown house and our car was securely stored in a private parking lot. House has got everything you need, and I mean everything!!! Plenty of cookimg utensils,plates, cups, glasses - you name it all. All the cleaning equipment available, it was handy do to washing having such a hot summer - and you don't have to do dishes - there. Is dishwasher! Very comfy beds and lovely setting ! Location is perfect for daily trips to Paris , however don't underestimate it! Go for a walk near the River , enjoy nosiy parakeets and pop in to Vivaldi for yummy pizza. Thank you for having us and I hope we will be able to visit your lovely house again .

Sehr zu empfehlen
Perfekte Lage um unkompliziert und schnell in Paris anzukommen. Tolles gemütliches und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Äußerst nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Im Ort selbst alles was man braucht und mehr fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir werden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Christelle und Thierry.

Oase der Ruhe
Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und neuwertig eingerichtet, der Platz im Garten lädt zum Entspannen nach anstrengenden Paris-Besuchen ein. Zum Spazieren gehen ist man in 5 Minuten an der Marne, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist keine 500m entfernt. Nur um Sden Regionalexpress

Petit coin de douceur
Cette petite maison à deux pas de la Marne est très agréable. Son petit jardin de bambous est très dépaysant. La déco est soignée et les propriétaires sont très agréables.

Excellent
Une très jolie maison, où tout est bien conçu pour la location. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut. Thierry est sympathique et efficace, tout se passe très facilement. La maison est située dans un endroit très agréable et calme, peut-être un peu loin des transports en commun pour ceux qui en dépendent, mais pour ceux qui sont motorisés tout est parfait.

Maison calme dans une impasse, proche du centre du Perreux. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la table à l'ombre des bambous (séjour en février) mais qui doit être bien agréable en été. Une voiture peut être nécessaire pour des trajets hors Paris.

Hele prettige plek om te overnachten
Mooi appartement, fraai gelegen dichtbij de Marne en 15 minuten lopen naar het RER-station (trein naar Parijs ca. 20 minuten rijden, aankomst Gare du Nord). Zeer hartelijke gastvrouw. Prima verhouding prijs-kwaliteit.

Perfect stay, very clean
We we're meet and kindly shown around the house. The house is modern and Nice and clean. Train to Paris or Disneyland is about a ten minute walk away. We would highly reccomment this stay! One thing we missed was knives for cutting things otherwise perfect!

Zwischen Paris und Disneyland
Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete, liebevoll eingerichtete, sehr saubere Wohnung. Waren zu Viert, mit zwei Kindern (11 und 3 Jahre) vor Ort. Angenehme und ruhige Gegend. Gute Lage...und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sind überall mit dem Auto hingefahren, dadurch waren wir unabhängig. Parkplatzkosten waren inklusive. Die Fahrt nach Paris ist mit vielen Staus verbunden. Es waren sehr schöne Tage

Awesome Appartment! Mega tolle Ferienwohnung
Diese Ferienwohnung ist der Hammer. Ruhig gelegen und in 3 min am Fluss. Alles was man braucht gibts in 5 min Fußweg zu erreichen. 5 min zum Bus und 2 Busstationen bis zur RER A lassen dich alles was du willst schnell erreichen. Mitten zwischen Paris und disneyland gelegen. Die Vermieter sind total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit: immer sofort wieder, einfach nur Mega.

A deux pas de Paris!
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable nos hôtes nous ont accueilli avec joie. Le gîtes est tout confort et bien aménagé.Cuisine complète , salon et surtout la chambre a l'étage est des plus confortable . Vous ne manquerez de rien tout services à 5 minutes et Paris via RER à 30 minutes de marches. Le Perreux est un endroit calme et agréable . Bon voyage!

Stylish, comfortable property perfect for Disney whilst experiencing local French lifestyle.
Beautifully presented property with relaxing private garden which is safe for children. Perfectly located 1/2 hr drive from CDG airport, Paris and Disneyland. Adequate room for a family of four. Owners live on site and we're very hospitable, friendly and welcoming (we were made to feel like family). Private parking available. Property directly accessible to the Marne (1min walk) which is gorgeous for evening/ morning walks to town which has shops/ bars. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!
