Hotel vicino a Park Meadows Park - Wellington

“Pool deck not cleaned (false eye lashes and a swim suit liner there the several days we were there), had a stained fitted sheet which they had me change myself instead of doing it (and I had to bring the old sheet to them before I could get a new one, not great customer service on this situation, room phone did not work), breakfast was ok but somewhat slow to be restocked. Overall good though and would consider staying again. Easy on and off the interstate.”

“Location was ok, close enough to downtown. However Rooms were not serviced, poor dark lighting, heating was not working during minus degree outside temperatures. No coffee, tea or kettle etc in the rooms, no breakfast facilities in hotel, no chairs to sit on in room. Refurbishing of the whole hotel was ongoing and noisy at times. Rubbish bins on landing were not emptied during the 4 days we stayed. This is basically an old motel that has had its day.”

“This hotel was just okay. Wasnt the cleanest. I requested an iron and the gentleman at the desk said he would leave for me when I returned and then when I went to pick it up, they gave it to someone else. I had to scramble at 10pm to find another iron so that I could be ready for the CSU graduation the next morning. That was quite problematic.”

“Hotel is run down lots of homeless people around the area. Hotel staff makes the reservation work just to put you on a do not rent list. No hot tub. Hotel staff is rude and mumble under their breath when working with you. Terrible place.”

“Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment.
