“The mattress need replaced they sink in in the middle. Plus I booked a king bed and I got 2 queen beds.”

“Hotel is nice but parking is a bit tight if you have a trailer. You are required to park alongside the road in front of the hotel (not in the parking lot).”

“The hotel was nothing like the advertisement. The elevator did not work and the attendant wasn’t very empathetic. He falsely stated that there weren’t available rooms with double beds on the first floor and after checking in I witnessed him showing a room to a guest on the first floor with double beds coming after us. Staff continued to say they didn’t understand English. Rooms were not attended to had to go to desk for cleaning towels. Parking was fine. Air conditioning was fine.”

“THE place to stay in Fort Collins. Clean, easy instructions to follow to access, plenty of free street parking and walkable to Old Town. Who could ask for anything more?”

“What a gem of a place located right in the old town square, so much to do and see within walking distance. The hotel is amazing and the albums and record players are so cool. Check out the sunset lounge, so beautiful to have a cocktail and enjoy the sunset and Mountain View’s.”

“Breakfast food and coffee was cold. Replacing the hall carpet a mess, glue smell in our room. No apology from the staff. And then the power went off in the morning of our last stay. Rediculous. Again, no apology from the staff. We will never stay in your hotel again, nor will I recommend to anyone.”

“Amazing studio room! Awesome location within walking distance to CSU and shops/restaurants. The unit had everything a person could want. Extremely clean! The personal parking spot was very valuable too. Hosts are local and very responsive.”

“Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay. Late at night, we had an issue with the toilet, and instead of having someone come to fix it or moving us to another room, we were simply given towels and a mop and told to handle it ourselves. That was not the level of service I expected, especially at that hour. While the staff was polite, the way the situation was handled made for a very frustrating experience.”
