“I felt as if I teleported back to the 90s in this hotel. Only not in a good way. The front desk attendant was a bit unprofessional and the rooms were fairly plain for how expensive it was. ”

The room was under construction and had open air vents, electric sockets exposed, dead bolt didn’t lock and was missing trash cans to name a few. When we reached out to the owner/operator for assistance he became combative with simple requests such as helping us with the deadbolt issue and clean towels and told us that people lived on the property that take towels and we need to trade them in when he gets around to the laundry.
