“Put me in the incorrect room- part of a two room thing - I paid for more and even though they said they would move us they did not. Our room which was to be a king room only had a desk chair and a bed-nowhere to put luggage but desk. Offered to give us a free night at Marriott but we do not travel much where we need a hotel so that is useless to us. Breakfast was horrible- long waits in lines and never refilled muffins bagels bread etc ”

“Very nice stop on our journey.Much better than the Marriott property that booted us out about 24 hours from our “confirmed reservation.” Because their system “overbooked.). Hey, Marriott: you need to pay attention to stuff like this!”

“Issues started when we had great difficulty getting in to our room due to a loose key card fixture. Problems continued when (after a 11hour drive) i had a cold shower due to NO HOT WATER. The shower handle was broken, spinning around without creating and hot water at all despite letting water run 10 minutes. We tried to call the front desk, but the phones weren’t working either. When my husband went down, they wanted to offer another room but none available. Final straw was a cold breakfast-...

“Breakfast did not have any sweet rolls was very limited. Room was not clean in bathrom”

“The is a run down property that smells like a smoking convention being held daily at this property. The staff was friendly however the property itself is in desperate need of renovation. I will not be staying here in the future. ”

“The AC in our room stoped working in the middle of the night. The front desk brought us a floor fan that really helped my husband sleep. I think they would have let us switch rooms, but at 3:30a, it seemed like more work and a fan did the trick. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“I left my wallet in the room, and when I returned to retrieve it, the manager told me that I had to pay a fee for having lost it—insisting that she would not hand it over unless I paid. ”

“The property needs some money put back in. The room was moldy smelling but bed was comfortable. I stayed one night. It has potential it really does it’s in a great spot. It’s the little things like shower curtain didn’t stay up and was dropped to the tub very easy to step on. But if you need an inexpensive one night maybe 2 nights not too bad.”
