“My only complaint would be that we couldn’t figure out the channels on the tv. Everything else was excellent. The next time we visit Knoxville, we will stay here! It’s convenient to everything!”

“The softest sheets!!! The staff at this hotel were SO kind! They helped us with everything we needed. My mom lost her ring in the hotel room, and Charlene, a lady who worked there, came in the room to help her find it and actually found it! We are SO VERY grateful!!! Perfectly located right off the highway and near great restaurants in walking distance. Super clean, good breakfast. I can’t say enough about this hotel. ”

“The only GOOD thing I can say about this Hotel is the Check-In Staff was very friendly. The room was clean but severely outdated. Next to Zero water pressure in the shower, bed was extremely hard and the carpet looked glued to the floor is was so dirty and used! ”
