“I left my wallet in the room, and when I returned to retrieve it, the manager told me that I had to pay a fee for having lost it—insisting that she would not hand it over unless I paid. ”

“The property needs some money put back in. The room was moldy smelling but bed was comfortable. I stayed one night. It has potential it really does it’s in a great spot. It’s the little things like shower curtain didn’t stay up and was dropped to the tub very easy to step on. But if you need an inexpensive one night maybe 2 nights not too bad.”

“This is a basic hotel/motel which is dated and quite old. We stayed because of its proximity to the I-75 and because it’s pet friendly. Cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, really needs to be improved. Staff were helpful, but were run off of their feet. Breakfast was surprisingly good, given the price of the room. No eggs, but Belgian waffles, etc. Area was relatively safe. Restaurants were nearby, but we drove to a mall about 2 miles away as there were many more choices. Parking...

“Unfortunately, staff was rude and not helpful.....only stayed 1 night and I am having difficulty getting refund for 3 nights....and the 100 dollar deposit.....”

“Issues started when we had great difficulty getting in to our room due to a loose key card fixture. Problems continued when (after a 11hour drive) i had a cold shower due to NO HOT WATER. The shower handle was broken, spinning around without creating and hot water at all despite letting water run 10 minutes. We tried to call the front desk, but the phones weren’t working either. When my husband went down, they wanted to offer another room but none available. Final straw was a cold breakfast-...

“This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”

“It's okay for the most part could be cleaned better. Rooms aren't always stocked with necessary items. Laundry is always broke. Breakfast is little to none half the time could add some fruit toast or even cereal.”
