Hotel vicino a Regal Downtown West - Knoxville

“Called to confirm I could check in early. Waited for ~15min in the lobby before anyone showed up to assist me. Bed was comfortable but unfortunately the room smelled very damp. Reading lamp, regular light, and outlets on one side of my bed did not function correctly. AC was cold which was appreciated.”

“Nice location but the building was not very clean and there is no elevator which makes it difficult for older people.”

“The bed was sunken badly in the middle and falling apart.The mirror frame scratched my arm when I went by it.Because it broke the table, leg is broken.The floor in the bathroom is falling through by the tub.It's horrible”

“A dump! Peeling paint, the room smelled stale, slovenly person at the front desk, bugs in the room , dirty furniture, and no continental breakfast as they had advertised. Further, they absolutely refused to print out a bill detailing the charges.”

“Mobility accessible room is fine, but the bathroom door is a “barn door” type- it was very hard to open and close. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay”

“Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross”

“The entire hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and everything was better than we expected.”

“The property could have been better maintained and the room cleanliness was atrocious. The blanket and sheets had stains and some hair was noted in the bed as well. On the bright side the staff went out of their way to make it right. Lastly the bed was way too soft. I hope that they address these issues.”
