“Great breakfast! Comfortable bed! Wonderful staff!”

“Breakfast was great, plenty of variety. Bed was comfortable but room had some damage and staff was notified and apologized. Otherwise great stay.”

“Room was full of mold. Bathroom had even more mold. Zero water pressure. No bathroom vent. Staff was super nice and friendly. A/c worked great, which is why we didn’t complain. Would we stay again? No but it worked for time being. ”

“They told me my room wasn’t ready and it was 6:00 pm so they put me in another room. The halls and room smelled so disgusting. Dirty handprints on the wall, shower floor dirty, stains on the wall, greasy fingerprints on the wall. Disgusting. I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping in the bed so I brought my own blanket inside to sleep on top and cover the bed ”

“The breakfast was delicious! They allow dogs and have a doggy potty area with doggy bags- which is always a plus. The staff were very accommodating! The rooms are nice and updated. It’s about 25 minutes from UT- the only drawback. We originally picked the hotel because of its proximity to Pellissippi State- but later learned it was a bit far to visit my niece on the UT campus. It is right off the highway but you can’t hear it from the rooms. Many shops located right across the street. ...

“Great hotel in a perfect location right on the square. The restaurant and speakeasy are wonderful. The rooms are comfortable with great showers. If you don't want to valet, there's a parking garage just around the corner.”
