Our room was not cleaned even though we were gone from 10:00am until 5:00pm and did not have a do not disturb sign on the door. I was not impressed by how other guests were able to act and impact others in the hotel. Numerous times guests were able to listen to music with cuss words on speakers in the breakfast areas. It is offensive when people use the “N” word when speaking and I’m baffled that it is acceptable for...

“Room was clean. Staff was moderately helpful. Took 3 tries with door keycards to get in the room. With my back issues, having to go back and forth up and down the hallway was not pleasant. After 2nd failure, staff could have been more helpful”
