Hotel a Parral

“The property is in pretty good shape. The staff is pretty knowledgeable and helpful. There are, however, some annoying issues. First, you were quite some way away from restaurants and the hotel does not have any food service and what items they have in their pantry store are pretty poor. Second in our room they had a chair that even a secondhand store wouldn’t sell. I do not know why they would have this type of distressed furniture in there rooms unless the hotel is just not doing well. Would I...

“Love this place. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is not a problem with a parking garage across the street. The area around the hotel is very quiet. Surprised by the exercise bike and workout station in the room. We will continue to stay here when we’re in Canton.”

“This is one of the nicest and cleanest lodging facilities I have ever stayed in. It must not be that old, because it was spotless. Everything was first class about the rooms, breakfast, staff being friendly, etc. It was almost perfect.....except for one item!!! The pillows were terrible. They had zero support to them. Perhaps they have done studies that people want extrmely soft pillows, because these were almost too soft to call a pillow. It's like they had nothing in them. If you need...

“Rooms clean, staff was wonderful and Breakfast was good. They don't have a pool. Since we were only staying 1 night that was no problem. They did off passes to go to the recreation center not far from hotel.”

“The staff was excellent. The breakfast was great. Parking was very adequate. The only real issue that we encountered was that it seemed damp in the room and humid unless you had it really cold. But other than that it was a great stay. Would use again if I'm in the area.”

“Though the staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were not clean. The first room I was given had a distinct smell. I was given another room which the bathroom was not clean ( dirty towels and soap still out). I was finally upgraded and given a somewhat clean room (something was on chairs and I wiped chairs down) and tub did not work. Very disappointed.”
