Hotel vicino a Paso Nogal Dog Park - Pleasant Hill

“We chose this hotel based on reviews. This stay was part of a special treat to my sons. We liked the location, the beds, the breakfast and the pool. Our low overall rating is attributed to the lack of AC or functioning window in the room and 3 nonfunctional pieces of gym equipment. The room was godawful hot and made for poor sleeping conditions.”

“Parking was a bit of a hassle. It’s a paid lot onsite but the room key would never work properly to let us in and out of the lot, so we were forced to pay by card to get out of the lot and then had to go have the front desk fix the charge that was automatically charged to the room per night. Other than that, it was a nice hotel, excellent location, perfect for a weekend stay”

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“Decent place to stay, super friendly staff, but if they are sold out they can randomly change your booking because you booked through a third party like Expedia, which I did not know. So we paid for 2 king beds, but never got two king beds. If you really want to ensure you get what you pay for, book through them as they do not honor third party bookings if sold out.”

“My room didn't have conditioner; I was told it was going to be refilled once they clean and they didn't I had to call and wait until they brought it almost at 11 pm. I prepaid for the breakfast and there was only one lady for all the tables, mind you I went at 8:45 am and left the dining room at 11:10 or so that's insane to have 1 staff for so many people.”

“Saw a bedbug in the bathroom. The building smells a little mildewy and is rundown. Definitely pass on this one. ”
