“I stayed over the weekend with my mom and my aunt visiting from Sweden. You do not want to have a family visiting Alberta, leaving the province without showing the treasure of Banff. Very clean and comfortable stay. Kitchen has everything you need and it is wheelchair accessible except for the bathroom. It is not inexpensive but worth it, especially when traveling with family.”

Lo staff gentile e disponibile ad ogni informazione richiesta. Nel complesso la struttura è un po' datata ma considerando la qualità- prezzo è davvero ottimo!!”

“È la prima volta che mi capita: soggiorno di 4 notti e non hanno mai pulito la camera, alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni hanmo risposto "non è previsto". Assurdo, anche considerando che il prezzo è ben poco economico. Brutta esperienza.”

“Foto assolutamente non veritiere. Pensavo di soggiornare in un posto magico e invece mi sono ritrovata in una casupola vecchia. Il letto con le lenzuola bucate. La cucina con elettrodomestici minimo degli anni 50. Il frigorifero rumorosissimo che non si poteva neppure regolare perché all’interno sprovvisto di termostato. Alle finestre solo tendine che facevano entrare la luce già dall’alba. Insomma per la cifra di 200 euro a notte mi aspettavo veramente qualcosa di meglio. ”

“We stay here for a night every July. This time were not informed that the indoor water park was under renovations until 2 days prior to check in. I was annoyed, as this is something the kids really look forward to, I sent an email stating such and Alexandra emailed me right away apologizing and extended free breakfast for our family. She also texted me to make sure check in went well and asked if there was anything else we wanted. I am amazed at the service this resort offers, you feel like VIP...

“The staff were super friendly and helpful, rooms were nice and clean. Location was perfect, outside of the downtown noise, but close enough to easily walk, or take the transit. Bus stop was right out front and a free pass for local transit routes was given to us upon check in. Our only complaint would be that the parking lot was a bit narrow. We have a truck and getting out in the morning was a bit tricky when the parking lot was full”

“Stayed one night with 3 friends. Nice area within walking distance to main street with restaurants. Hotel busy. Breakfast room small and busy Options ok. It was raining and in the breakfast area inside the water was coming in though a light fixture over our table- There was no one to tell until we finished and told receiption desk ”
